Partially built structures DISAPPEARED

I woke up this morning and logged in. I had some leather ready and was going to put it in my partially built minehole. To my surprise and horror, It was gone! So were my partially built chicken coops (waiting for straw) and Herbalist Tables (waiting for string). Where did they go?

Did you actually build the items into them (put the items in and then click build) or did you just place the needed items into it to make the signpost? If it's the former, someone possibly just destroyed your signpost. If it's the latter, your items were likely stolen.

I built them. The minehole was actually on my claim.

Nothing else was touched. Just partially built structures are gone.

Could of been raged animal chasing people and destroying everything in its way..

Umm... I heard that animals destroy build signs. This might go in bugs?
Unless of course they DO destroy build signs, did you have the area fenced in? I can't help beyond that.
