I don't appreciate playing the game for little over 7/8 hours to have some snotty brat waltz over to my character say "you're a thief" then murder me, then destroy my hearth so i can't inherit my claim and warp back to my settlement.

You want a reason why i did it? its because the server laggs and I am the solution.

the server laggs for either 1 of 2 reasons, the hardware and bandwith can't keep up, or some feature is programmed badly causing a few thousand checks to take place.

being a programmer for an indie games dev i fail to see how 1 player will solve lag.
