Size of World 3?

General discussion and socializing.

Size of World 3?

I searched through several postings looking for what the final SGxSG was for World 3 and could not find it.

Just curious, as I know that this world is MUCH smaller. Thanks.

w3 began at 5*5 (as here, just with less ppl) and was extended to 11*11 shortly before wipe

I thought world 4 was 3x3... in that case, how many tiles across is a SG?

yes world 4 is 5 SGs by 5 SGs

The difference between a 11x11 W3 and the current 5x5 W4... is 121 SGs to 25 Sgs... a difference of 96 SGs.

In other words, W4 is almost 5 times smaller than W3 with a population of around 3 times larger at peak.

That means density of ppl has increased by 15 times. :shock:

yes and i think it's gonna make a lot more conflicts with the limited number of good resource nodes especially clay...
