Key dissappeared

I don't know if this belongs here or in the bugs section.

Hi during the last time the server crashed, one of our villagers had the only key of our only gate in his inventory. When the server came back online, the key was gone, as was our only way of exiting our village. We can' t destroy our pallisade and we can't build a ram. Help please D:

I heard that J&L stopped helping with wall/gate issues, but if OP is legit, an exception should be made.

Well I mailed them, and pm'ed them. Do they respond quickly or does it normally take some time.

Sometimes it can take a day, sometime a week. Just be patient .
