Why does nobody use this anyway? It should be spammed with tons of random messages.

btw for those of you who don't know what I'm talking about it's ctrl+C and it brings up the world chat.

Information distributed there isn't secure and can be seen by everyone and people are usually annoying. Why would I use global chat when village chat is so much more reliable and fun?
