Well, yes, half broken, at least. Unfortunately, I didn't start collecting character age until a few (real) weeks ago, so the older players are "disadvantaged" in that measurement. (Not that we'll make it better to be older; it's just a fun piece of statistics -- I say "unfortunate" because it would have been very interesting to keep more exact tabs on it)
FYI, character age is measured as the in-game time that character has been in the game -- which includes time aggroed but without any client logged in to play the character, time beeing in-game while force-summoned, &c. Simply speaking, the in-game time that the character has had an avatar somewhere in the game.
The "play time" listed on the account page, on the other hand, is the real time that that account has been controlling a character avatar, not including time flagged as AFK.
