How do I run it?

So it automatically downloads the file to my desktop now, I really have no idea how to run it with what program, I used redownload it all time, but now it's auto saving and I have no idea how to disable that, anyway with what do I run a JNLP file, or just anything, I tried with java.exe but it didn't work. I'm using firefox.

The program you're supposed to used is called javaws, not just java. Either way, if nothing else works, try running this command in the command prompt:
