Killed by level 7 bore in 2 hit's

I'm not new to this game, I played world 4 and have now started in world 5, I don't know what's up but, I just got killed by a level 7 bore with only 2 hit's from the bastered! I watched my buddy get hit and even ko'ed buy this same beast at least 4 time's but I get kill with 2 blow's?? Come on man! Whats up with that?

You were probably running away which caused your defense bar to become useless.

Were you wearing armor? Was it decent quality? What is your unarmed? Were you running?

I think the complaint is more to his bad luck at being killed by the boar while his buddy got lucky and didn't even though he was KO'd four times. If such is the case, such is life~

I was not running away, I had on neddle and the starter's shirt and pants. So no real armor, I shot him with a teen's Q Bow & Arrow. We had tryed blocking him in with many thing's, crate's, urn's, that stone thing used to grind seed's, building sign's, boat's, fence post's..none of witch would stop him. He distroyed them all and came for us, I hit him a few time's with the bow and arrow in this process but he got me in two blow's. KO and then death in the 2nd hit's, I know it's only a game, I only thought it was odd that I'd die so quickly when the same bore did nothing more than KO my buddy.

It's not the first toon I've had and it wont be the last, I just think it was weird the way it happend.

It's not weird. Animals have a chance to continue hitting you after you fall down. Your friend got lucky. You didnt.

First of all, you're hunting wrong.

Second of all, it's the 2nd hit that kills you. When you're alive and well and you get hit, your SHP absorbs most of the blow. Once you're KOed, if you get hit again then the blow does complete damage to your HHP, likely killing a newish character in one shot. It's random chance if the boar will decide to attack you again once he's knocked you out. You just got unlucky, or rather, your friend got really lucky.

Yeah, I know I sould have been hunting from a boat or waited until we had some armor, but this bore was in our camp and I was tring to get rid of the pest. I was the only person in the group that had at least some hunting skill's so I got the job. I need to make some spectical's to help with perception, they will be crap Q but it's better than nothing.

Bad luck indeed, yesterday I was the first person in our group to kill an animal (a fox from a boat) and today, I'm dead by an animal...Now that! Is weird! lol!
