Depends on what you use as a reference. If you'd say that at run speed, your character moves at 8 km/h, then it's about half a meter per tile.
Land management says one meter per tile.

To calculate overall h&h world area, or area of a village, or distance travelled in a day, or water covered before drowned...

Why does it matter? Obviously nothing in the game is to scale...

EDIT: Sorry, not trying to be a dick. Yeah 1m per tile would work for most general calculations.

I've always thought of one tile being one square meter.
