Strength FEPs vs Everything Else

Postby Aspie » Wed May 25, 2011 7:31 am

So, I was looking at the FEP table, and realized that strength (and well, intelligence/charisma too) has really high FEP foods, while the others get very little.

Why is that? Am I missing something? The game encourages even stat gain, but then throws that concept out the window the second you can start make the big cheese!

To put this in perspective, 150 strength, in terms of difficulty to raise stats, becomes like 15, and 350 becomes like 35. 75 strength FEPs is A LOT. So, why is this? Am I missing something? Am I supposed to just ignore the 75 strength FEPs in favor of aiming for "even stat gain", when somebody else could be pounding out strength like mad?

That is not the reason there is such high tier str food. The OP has a point here and the whole FEP distribution system could use a complete overhaul at one point or another. You still have some other high tier cheese, granted Jorbo is the only useful one besides BBC/MBC.
