How do YOU sort your kin list?

I've seen some crazy kin list sorting of people using crazy wacky colors, so I wonder, how do you guys sort out your kin list!
I'm looking forward to see other people's systems and find out how to make mine better! :^)

Currently I sort my kin list as follows:
White - No one's white, what the hell
Green - Ultimate access, alts, really cool kids
Red - KoS!
Dark Blue - Allies (supa close)
Light Blue - Fellow villagers (not full access)
Yellow - Allies (but who are they? )
Purple - Who even uses this color... so ugly.
Pink - Ditto.

As for name editing:
Prefix - Relation
`~ - Alts (First to show up on list)
~ - Villagers (Second to show up)
\ - Dead (Shows up last)
No prefix for anyone else

Format of name:
[VillageName]KnownName (CharacterName)

for example(W3 examples):
`~DatOneSlave
or
~burg (burgingham)

Alts = green, acquaintances = dark blue, close friends = pink cause lol.

Green - friends
Red - KOS

While we're on the topic, the kin list should definitely have some sort of "folder" or subcategorization options. I'm only a lowly hermit and my kin list is already a mess. I can hardly imagine what a big trading villagers might look like.

im not tidy nor organized at all on this...so youll never consider mine, but just for a bump.

my list:
White - only to notify me when someone adds me
Green - dead for record
Red - never use this because this and pink look the same color on my screen
Dark Blue - full alert
Light Blue - acquaintance but alert
Yellow - Allies
Purple - friends with half access
Pink - full access

never thought of editing names except for the memorized.

It's bad.
W3 I had over 600 friends. Including my insane amount of alts (at least 80), so many traders I met once and that was it, so many people who died, every single alt in Sodom, I had everyone I knew kinned, and their mothers.

Subcategories would be so good.

I like your prefixes and colors DoG, I'm gonna steal them.

Once upon a time I used a different color for each village. That stopped working pretty quickly

For the name format, I use "CharacterName (VillageName)" but I guess it would make sense to put people's forum name in there somewhere... sheesh that's gonna be long

Green = Full claim access/villager
Pink = Allies
Purple = Close Friends
Red = KoS/some noob I memorized while boating around

Format for important/hard to remember names:

Name (Forum name) [Village]


Example:

Pink = Only a few special persons
Purple = Close friends with full access
Yellow = Fellow villagers I know well and completely trust
Green = New villagers
Light Blue = Allies
Blue = Neutral people, unknowns
Red = Enemies

() = Forum name, name those people use the most
[] = Village
KoS = to distinguish my enemies

The alt prefixes are a good idea, I added that in parenthesis so far and it is too complicated. Villagers prefixes I don't really need because of my colour assignments.

Yes to sub-folders and such!

yellow - strangers and random people
red - confirmed enemies
various pinks - special claim privileges

I find it hard to read the regular blue on my screen.
