I'm surprised

Postby Jfloyd » Thu Jul 28, 2011 11:35 pm

I've been gone for quite a while now, and when I come back, nothing has changed at all.
I left at the switch between world 4 and 5, and sadly, it almost seems like this game has turned to vaporware.

Apparently you don't know what vaporware is so I'm gonna school you. Vaporware is when a game is in closed development but never sees the light of day, Haven has been out and playable for 3 yearish now? The Devs are working on a game (Salem) that they are being paid for which you'd know if you bothered reading the announcements, when Salem is done, development will pick back up here on Haven.

Good sir, I used the term vaporware like such "A game where the development seems to just vanish."
I know what Salem is; and I know how long the game has been out and playable considering I was in the first world.
I'm merely speculating that I feel disappointed that something I've loved for so long has merely stopped, even if momentarily.

I know what you mean. I remember back when updates were being thrown out almost every month. I just hope that Salem doesn't become their new pet project and leaves H&H to collect dust on a back shelf.

Welcome back, JFloyd. This seriously doesn't need its own thread though. Jorb and Loftar are working on Salem and are pretty busy. Still they promised big changed fro HnH in the future. This is their baby and they won't abandon it.
