Granted I went away for a while, but last i heard the "russians" weren't the warmongers that we all thought, in fact they were being peaceful and helpin out peeps(talkin back in a time in World 3) now all i ever see is russian this, russian above the law, and Russian hearth Vault. Has the situation fractured that much since then?

The russian alliance pretty much kills anyone they want and no one can do anything about it because hearthvaults are broken. No, it isn't all russian players though. It's just the way the russian alliance spoke about themselves when they first broke out and started being assholes that made it seem like it was.
