Someone stole my account and killed my character then robbed my little village. I do not know his screen name and where he now resides. Do is eny chance to get back my, character and stolen items?. And sorry for bad english.

Just use the Reset password option from the Login page and then change your E-Mail password as well for good measure. I doubt you'll be able to get your char or your stuff back, but someone else will have to give more info on that.


Also, it's likely you didn't lose a ton of important stuff though and you can always make a new char and experience starting somewhere new and intriguing.

I log in game in this same time when this account was stolen and killed. I saw two noobs char near by adrutam village, and his stolen char give this noobs some items. And we lost some items from village and his important char. This is very important for us get back thsi stuff and this char.

My villagers can confirm this, but then finds out for sure whether these items because I really depend on them. Things that are stolen

The devs don't revive characters or refund items that have been lost.

Try to send loftar and jorb a message asking them to check the ip of the player logging into the account at the time and they may be able to punish them.
How did this person hack your account?
You definitely should change your password and e-mail.

I guess with keylogging, and thus be able to steal my account.

Maybe you left your account logged in somewhere? Even on your own computer at home? And some 'friend' decided to do this thing as a joke. Physical access to the computer is a MUCH more common point of weakness than keyloggers.

To confirm something - when you create a new character, do you see a runestone in the character creation room? Is it possible for you to inherit from your old character?

Have you committed any crimes? Is it possible that someone summoned you and killed you for the crimes, rather than 'stealing your account'?

'Hackers' and 'stolen (speaking accounts, not items ofc)' is 99% people letting other people access their stuff. Dont let people access your stuff, thats really all there is to it.
