What would be your ideal village?

Postby agentknife » Sun Aug 28, 2011 10:29 pm

I was thinking about this earlier, and I was wondering what you guys think would be the ideal village.

For me, I had the idea of a village full of mercenaries, who could be hired to kill certain people (whether it be for justice or personal reasons, preferably for justice). A few village mates and I also jokingly talked about a Harry Potter like village with houses. Whichever house did the best got special privileges.

A village that is never found by others. I would also opt for my villagers to know how to fire danmaku but that is not supported.

This doesn't sound bad at all, although it'd require a lot of organization and active members.

NWO-styled village with a monopoly over key resource nodes and precious metals and a massive military-industrial complex. Basically, everyone is subject to the village either directly or indirectly due to the town's control over player-player trades (ex: massive trading hub that everyone uses as if the hub itself were a feature of the game) and the ability to utterly wipe out most forms of opposition.

The village is the capital of this new empire and has direct rule over a number of satellite villages (well developed with citizens of their own) and about 50-100 individuals actively playing within the village proper. The town itself would be a sprawling metropolis containing about 100,000,000 authority long before reset.

Many of these ideas were my dream since w3 but never came to fruition.

My ideal village would be a small one.

From that little what I've seen in the game (I'm playing since a week or 10 days maybe) most villages are megalomanic attempts at world domination, with the obvious result, i.e. most attempts fail.
