Cave fish????

I was wandering trough a cave when I came across this:

I have never heard of fish living in caves. Could someone tell me what kind of fish these could be? I don't have my fishing pole with me, unfortunately.

If you catch one there's a chance of finding a beard when you gut it which you can wear. Side effects include a thirst for beer and a cynical view towards surface-dwellers.

a few people have said you can sometimes catch a talking whale.
which is a curio you can try to sell on forums for more than it's really worth.

I have heard (rumor warning!) that eel are more common underground, but then, I'm with these other guys. You're probably just likely to be eaten by a carp.
