Lost account

I wanted to go into the game, but someone hacked my account. I tried to change the password, but my e-mail messages did not come. I was sure to change the e-mail confirmation is not possible without at the address at which he was registered, but then checked and realized that I was wrong.
Can I restore my account without email and password?

You probably cannot unless the devs decide to do something about it which I doubt. Did you give your account information to anyone?

Maybe one day I forgot to leave the forum account, and changed the password on this computer, but it is highly unlikely
