I was just curious, how many of the real vets do we have still playing? I know many have quit at least till the next world...

Any world 1 vets still lurking around?

Not that I'm a veteran, I started in w5... But I had the luxury of a few veterans really helping me learn...

Take into consideration that most of the folk from w1 are either goons who have left because the game became too safe (read:boring) or the sort of folk who would, if given the choice of a new client in either 3D or ascii, choose ascii. Most of them have just ground out this shit too many times and just want to wait for updates and play other games.

I've played since W1, introduced to it by a friend. I never got far until W3, then got to.. a brickwall level, if I remember correctly. Hermited until W4.
