do i download Enders client i have looked at the thread but i dont understand will someone give me more specific instructions

Instead of downloading the 32-bit version, try the 64-bit, and vice versa.

This has been answered many, many times in the appropriate thread in The Wizards' Tower. Try there (and maybe I'll actually provide an answer assuming nobody else does first).
