Question to the looters

Postby DarkAlexander » Sun Oct 30, 2011 8:24 pm

Do you grief when you are done thieving?
As in: After successfully taking anything you deemed worthy, do you start destroying random objects?
Would this go from thievery to raid? Is raid synonim with destruction?

I don't destroy random objects, I destroy objects that would help you rebuild. I don't want you to attack me back after all.

I would never describe myself as a thief as I (usually) won't take anything that someone has claimed. (If you can't be bothered to claim it, should I be bothered to consider it someone elses?) I usually take a few things because I'm A) on my "Wanderer" and need some supplies or B) trying to encourage you to look elsewhere to settle. Otherwise, if I think you're going to be an annoyance, I'll smash everything I can find to the point of building a ram to knock your house down.

The last time I properly raided an actual village, I destroyed their kilns, then evilly rebuilt them with quality 10 crap clay. I still chuckle about that.
