Why I Love This Game (or FTGIQ)

So I thought I'd create a game appreciation thread. I love this game for the small things. In the time I played undisturbed, I really enjoyed the small attention to detail in all of the systems of the game. I enjoy mathcrafting, and this game has quite a bit. I like the idea of the barter system, and the possibility of an awesome community.

So why do you love this game?

I love this game for the freedom it provides, the adventures it creates and especially the social aspect. I've made some amazing online buddies in strange places because of Haven and Hearth and although it is in a sad state at the moment with Hearth Vaults and bugs, I keep coming back and finding new adventures and people

Also killing people is just so damn good.

I love this game because it is about community. Making friends and enemies and striving to survive the harsh world of the Hearth and chisel out your own small empire from carrots and rocks.

Oh wait, no that was what the game was about until shit heads ruined it.

Now it's about being a douchebag and exploiting gayme mechanics to be the something something of something, that is until you take an arrow in the knee.

I don't love this version of the game anymore.
