This is a result of a long and hard research, all the game i know, that are like H&H, nice to play those with H&H

1. Wurm online
2. Tale in the desert
3. Unreal world
4. Dawntide
5. Worldforge
6. Clonk
7. Medievalen ( Not the same mechanism, but you get same feeling like you played H&H first time)
8. Xsyon
9. Golemizer
10. Stranded II
-------------------------
I hope this satisfied you.

A Tale in the Desert is nothing like HnH but has a few of the same ideas in crafting. If you love the crafting and civilization building aspects of HnH, it will be a great game for you. If you are here for the lawlessness and ruthlessness of the world, don't even touch it. There's zero combat (though there is plenty of PvP drama over the competitive aspects of the game--Why you no make gold mine public? Why you build on land I was going to build on? Why you put so many piles of wood there?).

If anyone does play or tries it out, feel free to look up Fumen in-game.

Stranded II was the only one I was sort of interested in trying out, but didn't in the end :P
Apparently it's good with mods.

Also Xyson (doubt I spelled it correctly from memory) looks decent although last I check it's $40 to buy the game and another $14 per month fee. Horrible, HORRIBLE way to build a player base. Specially on a new game.

Unreal World has good survival aspects, but no multiplayer. It's also quite expensive.

Unreal World costs like $3 for a single version license....

It's a good game, actually brought me to H&H in the first place (i heard this game was like an online URW), but considering it's been in development for 10 odd years, its extremely bugged and unrefined. Worth a try tho.
