HnHis getting kind of boring because there is nothing new and hasnt been anything new in a while. Im just wondering if salem will be released soon because ive been waiting for this game for a long time and is very much ready to play

I was going to unironically suggest something like this, but then I got to thinking about it and honestly if this game is delayed any further I can probably imagine Paradox just scrapping the whole thing.

It is actually being heavily developed right now. Pain knows it since he is testing too and there are updates like every other day.

Still not sure wether I'd be as optimistic as Sab that the Beta will start so soon.

Officially, you can look for the game at Paradox Interactive. Expected release is q3 2012. As always, add 50% of the time between now and then to the expected release to get a more accurate picture. If you follow that rule of thumb, you'll not be so disappointed by slipping release dates.

Otherwise, look under Announcements. There's a whole thread dedicated to information and speculation about Salem.
