Killing a bear with 19 MM?

Is it usual that I killed a bear with a q7 sling and 19 MM? I've read a few posts that say I should have around 50 MM before I take on a bear. Is this true? Is this a usual feat?

You could do it with 10 mm, it would just take longer.

If you want to spend about 10-20 minutes, 50MM is your friend.. if you want to spend anywhere upwards of up to 2 hours.. go ahead and try now. Hell, I'm fine with 25MM right now and I killed my first bear just fine.

Don't forget to make your Bear Cape and Bear Tooth Talisman once that bear is dead.

first bear i killed took abt an hour with a q 6 sling and 6 mm.....it apaprently requires a lot of patience...

my first ever bear kill was with my bare hands and i...

ok no i shot it to death with 15MM and a q10 sling for an hour or two -.-
Oh boy, here I go cheesemaking again...

on an alt I took a bear with a q8 sling and 5 mm, while watching a movie :lol:

and you can do it at 2 mm if you're really patient and have no life...

I didnt even tried to kill bear before havin' MM 100 and Sling Q 40 (used q42) :D
(When world 6 started I had 3 days off from work and got mm up pretty fast.. and all other stats needed)
Took me few minutes to take bear down..
Removin´ stumps..
