Well, we got rid of them.
They weren't intended to be to begin with -- they were just the result of some test code I used to try out some of the base pieces of code before I made the actual animals. That's not to say that bandits won't be coming back, though. The question of NPCs is still put on hold, awaiting decision. Before we got all these players and all (:D), we were clear beyond a doubt that there should be NPCs in Haven, but since people seem to be handling themselves fine without NPCs, it isn't as obvious anymore.
