Okay, so just post whatever the most interesting thing that happened to you today in real life.

I made this thread because it seemed like the most legit way to throw up what happened to me today.

Ahem:
I ask my mom to go to Wal-Mart and buy me a new headset for my computer.
She goes to Gamestop and buys me a headset for the Xbox 360.

Epic Fail.

Was coming back from Uni towards home and almost hit a pedestrian! :S

The man came out of nowhere and didnt even look towards the car when I had to put on the emergency brake

I've got about 6 chickens on my property right. All pretty large with yellow-ish colored feathers.

I step outside at 7am to go feed them, when I see this rather small red/dark orange feathered chicken I'd never seen before in the middle of the paddock.

I walked up to her and she didn't run away at all. I picked her up and she didn't even flutter about, seems used to humans. The rest of my chickens are all scared of the wind.

She is now mine.

Reluctantly put her in the area I let them all run around in, and while she didn't hurt any of them she sorta pushes every other hen out of the way now and then. It's hilarious to watch.

I named her The Boss.

oil, oil everywhere. So i was playing around with my skyline and it turns out there's a leak in the engine block area. After worrying about the fuel injectors for so long i thought it was specifically that- turns out there's a hole in my oil tank and when i was poking at it the thing just started leaking everywhere. I can say with utmost honesty that oil does not taste pleasant. yuck.
