edit: I found a solution(on another thread from some guy)... Go to control panel, then firewall, then go to the exceptions tab in the window that pops up. Click add port, type in 1870 for the UDP, name it anything and click OK. Add another one called 1871 in TCP, name it anything and click ok. Just make sure those are checked as an exception and it should work fine
