Laggy?

Laggy?

Seems the game hits a lag spike every 10-30 seconds. Is this normal, is there a fix?

In fact, there's lag when doing any action, random stutters, just over all this game is laggy and annoying right now, what's going on. I'm brand new btw.

Yeah I can't play this, I tried for an hour but this is just a laggy waste of time.
