What happened to the servers?

I'm back playing Haven and Hearth after a long period out.

I remember when the server used to get 1200+ players on at the same time. Slightly laggy.

Now the server has barely 100 players on. Most laggy H&H I've ever played.

What's up with that?

Use the announcement thread for server related issues. Also, how is it a surprise a broken, unattended game is dying? Everyone knew this was gonna happen.
