Chances are they aren't. If you have to ask, then most likely they have indeed moved on. Either they've quit the game, or the village.

reason i was asking is the brick wall didnt seem to have any damage, anywhere. but there arnt any signs of life(eg: crops, players, ect)

I think Time Paradox is a Dis satellite, or possibly a village Portgas owned.

Either way, it's an HQ water resource. Q80 if I'm not mistaken.

Time Paradox was ainran's water village I believe. Not ours since the split iirc.
