You do know the DEA will still be busting people for it and closing down legit weed shops, right? It's what happens with medical marijuana, after all.

Whilst I don't intend to share my views on the subject, I did find the subject of plans for the tax distribution from the sale of marijuana quite amusing. Two of the proposed beneficiaries are: Health Care and even more ironically hilarious - Substance Abuse Prevention - :!: :?:

yeah. that isn't the point, though.

4% of states now have passed ballot initiatives to legalize for recreational and Massachusetts brings the states that have legalized medical to 36%. both of these numbers were 0% not so many years ago.

there's a difference between use and abuse of a substance.

In my own opinion i think how 'abuse' is defined goes hand in hand with a persons view of the subject - again, not stating my own personal views.

I'm not sure wether you meant in terms of quantity or frequency - or both. The term in itself 'substance abuse' is open to different interpretations and is not always based on either criteria.

One of the definitions being - the use of any substance for mood-altering purposes, regardless of the amount taken or frequency of use and more to do with the consequences of use.

Another definition is use for purposes other than for which they were intended, again regardless of quantity or frequency of use - though tbh i'm not sure that can be applied to weed - not in my opinion anyway, lol.

At the end of the day, a pot smoker will be 'using' the pot on a fairly regular basis be it every day or every weekend or socialy at events/parties - whatever - a pot smoker would not call this 'substance abuse' and would refer to it as 'recreational use' - however an anti-drug persona will most probably (i'm tempted to say definately, but i won't, lol) see this as 'substance abuse'. My point being the term is relative to most people which is why it can't be (and isn't) clearly defined.

P.s. Please don't make me argue with you Sabi <3

Even if all the states legalized it, it would still never be legalized on the federal level. There's just too much money in the prison business, and marijuana is one of the most common reasons people go to prison.

well its not like everyone wasn't smoking it anyways. I don't know a single person who doesn't smoke weed, besides me of course *puff* *cough*
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy
