How to survive with my friends?

Well guys, My friends and I want to ask you, the community, how we can function together.. We've had troubles in the past, my friends and I, and we always end up brutally destroying ourselves... I can say that I've died most often in my own village from my friends, we always get mad at each other, one gets really mad, and then some end up dead, others leave and then die... The worst part is once this happens, the killer(s) end up destroying everything in the village. We want to know how you guys think we could all get along in HnH and grow together without wanting to kill each other? Should we all live in separate palisades-- This wouldn't exactly help too much.. Help us!

EDIT:We are friends in real life too. and I don't want to move out, neither does anyone else.

Ah yes, this brings me to the, When we all play together, WE GET EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT WORK, but then it falls apart. We want to live together, and shut up, you're one of the friends i'm talking about ;P

Either agree together not to kill each other, get used to killing each other, or move. Those are really your only choices. You can build palis and bws around your private areas, but you will still be around each other at times to kill each other. So revert back to first sentence.
