Talked to a couple of friends and they talked me into looking for a new place for a village. I Have off a few days from work, so why not.
Started looking friday. the best i found was a high Q20 and spent about 3 hours walking around in one direction. found others, but mainly in low teens
Saturday - best I found was round low Q 30's but the place had active villages in general area and an active village bout a stone's throw to the left of it. Spent bout 5 hours walking and boating(when i could find one) in another general direction
Today - started around 7am(bout 6 hrs ago) and only found low teens
I have one more direction to go, but the outlook does not look well. and to be clear, i'm only checking mudflats, nothing by any water's edge.
My goal is hopely to find one in a mudflat away from rivers and the clay sample be 30's to 40's depending on any evidence of traffic.
the funny thing is, my buddies have a village right next to what we're looking for, but the previous owner has left his claim up and we're gonna need over 1 and a half mill vil auth to kill his claim. That looks damn near impossible to us.
well wish us luck or share your rescource finding highs/woes
