its simply if client can't load server res and someone drops something u dont have in ur res it will crash ur client

When you see an object or picture of an object in-game that you do not have in your res folder, it is downloaded from the website. While the website was down, seeing these objects caused your client to crash. Should this happen again a person could easily carry around an item that is usually unused or unseen by most people (old boot for example) and drop it on the ground causing you to crash. He is suggesting that everyone download mvgulik's up-to-date haven res file.

Mvgulik's up-to-date haven res file is heavily outdated by now. Allot of the old res files have been updated and some are causing issues for some people like the "hunter.catch". If someone where to drop these items they would still crash clients.

Only one who can fix this is loft. He needs to make all res files public so people can update there haven-res.jar.
