It seems there's nowhere safe left in haven. I've grinded my character up since the launch of W7, against 1/2 players on land i'd have probably won the fight. However, myself in a boat, some guy sails past, instantly agro's me so i have no choice but to fight or sail the other way, i think "fuck it, i'll fight the cunt."

Next thing I know, 6 people come out of fucking nowhere. all in boats, I flee knowing i'd stand no chance, instantly agroed by all 7 of them now. I get trapped in to a dead end, can't get out of my boat without learning swimming, IMO instant death. So instead I choose to spam click everywhere so they couldn't destroy the boat, next thing 3 of them start ranging me, I get KO'd, they smash the boat, I drown. What did they gain? A shitty Q50-something bear cape which all of them were wearing and a pair of Q17 glasses, which I'm almost certain I saw two of them wearing glasses, so they've gained nothing really.

What have I lost? The accumulative total of 121 stat points across various stats, 22kLP (not alot but so fuck).

I can't be bothered with having to sit around unable to do a fucking thing because I have no LP to buy stats, no fucking curiosities to gain LP to buy stats, and I can't discover a fucking thing to get LP to buy stats. so ultimately, my only choice would be to be stuck with cone cows and dandelions until i gain enough to get stats and skills to be able to actually enjoy the game.

Really, I have no idea how you could fix this, but there needs to be prevention of a single player who's never left a single scent getting agroed by 7 other players at the same time, range KO'd and then murdered from drowning because I COULDN'T DO A FUCKING THING. Seriously, why the fuck can't I hearth if more than 3 players have agroed me? at least with just 3 I would have stood a chance to outrun the pricks.

Worst part is, EVERY SINGLE PERSON i have met in this game so far has been friendly, the first time I get shit, They're fucking russian. Apologies to the friendly russians out there, but why the fuck are you guys such utter cunts?

Fuck this game, i'll come back to it in a couple of months once enough people have left from being killed and the player base drops to 300 or so, until that point there's no point in playing, people who've rushed for the dark skills are running around now just killing people for no reason. I'm well aware that's a mechanic of the game, but it's so heavily broken it's just beyond repair. As for the inherit system? you should not inherit so shitly little from being full change.

Also, for the shitty trolls on here, i'm not even going to bat an eye lid at your "FAGIT NVR4GET LEARN2PLY" shit. You're the reason this game is broken.

Well, alas that ends my rant. Seeya Haven, i'll probably hop around the forums for a bit. As for the game. You won't be seeing me for a while. Fuck Grinding all that just to die. Thank fuck I had a Key Alt.

This particular group of twats live in a village we've spotted a few times on our travels about 20 minutes away from our place, spotted them a few times. this is the first time they've been in such a big group. I had them memorised.

Yeah I relogged to check the LP, it's still not enough to get stats/skills up to a substantial point so I can actually enjoy the game. I'd be stuck for at least 2 weeks just grinding LP until I could actually do anything else because of the point I did get up to. My only metal node required 70 str minimum to mine it. "Grind that up again!" no thanks.

I do want to keep playing, because I do like this game, but, the practicality of starting again, my only viable option would be to scrap everything and start a completely fresh char so I can discover things to get LP... and fuck everything about that idea.

My friends that play probably won't go out hunting the ways we usually do now that we know there's some unfriendly twats about. If one hearthling is agroed by more than one then they should be able to travel to their hearthfire to be able to prevent stupid things like this.
