Most Boring World Ever?

Postby painhertz » Mon Jul 08, 2013 9:41 pm

I don't know what it is, you'd think that after waiting almost 2 years for World 7 that things would be hopping but this world so far just seems....flat. Anyone else feeling this? is it the SG expansion? is everyone just trying to build up power? Christ, I moved right next to Ainran and am bored senseless.

In my opinion it's just that the old players are used to instantly in new world search for best quality resource nodes and then grind good quality shits that everyone will want to get in exchange for curios to grind your glorious farmer alt. So while they are busy at it nothing really exciting happens except noobs fighting for that quality 30 water or random raiders raiding noobs.

I'd go with power building as to why it's quiet. Things usually get hotter come midworld when palibashers are somewhat commonly seen (I roughly put this at the 2 month mark myself).

Not to mention the early game bloodbath made a lot of mid sized factions scatter away from each other.

I hear tales of towns getting destroyed everywhere.

I think it's just you, plenty going on as far as I can see, but yes, the power grind is surely keeping plenty of villages quiet
