To whom this is relevant, you likely already know that a wonderful man died recently, married just a week ago and just 34 years old.

A games writer and editor for Giant Bomb, and one of the funniest guys in the crew, if you don't know him you really should. As a taste, Don't shake the baby.

I really just wanted to share who he is because it's such a shame to have lost him, to those like myself that have been watching Giant Bomb content for so long now it's like losing a dear friend.

I was sure it was a joke when i first read that on gb early today but fuck man, when i realized it wasn't a joke i got reeeally fucking sad, my god... I never imagined i would almost cry for reading that.
The hundreds of hours i "wasted" watching Quick Looks, Unprofessional Fridays and listening to the podcast make it seems like he was a very close friend. What a loss for the gaming industry.

It's funny how we get attached to people we don't ever meet. :/

Rest in peace Ryan, may you always be remembered by the happiness and laughter you brought for everybody around you.
