What is Hel? This doesn't sound like a Real Life reference to the Old Norse Mythology's Hel is it? Is this to lock "The fall of IF and bad trustworthiness" just because of maybe my ability to derail pretty darn easily I'm not even laughing that I did it not in mind of derailing or even. . . your whimsy? A cursory review of the situation was a thread split for causing a derail. A derail is simply when you have drastically taken a thread off topic.

Threads can end up in Hel for any number of reasons, including derailing. =)
