IS this game still maintained or even being updated. I am just not sure. Is this game still pumping updates, and/or moderated.

Yup it's actively being updated and worked on.
I just doubt they take any advice from the users, rendering C&I useless..

The development goes on (see Announcements threads) - the game itself isn't "moderated" (no GMs or such) only in case of too much exploiting the Devs themselves jump in

i think they r wurking on haven 2.0 or whtever ppl keep talking about but it sounds pretty cool unless it became 3d or something i wud keel myself

3d haven would be awesome, but only if it was the dwarf fortress kind of 3d
