How did he enter?

Just a moment ago my client suddenly crashed. I relogged, and my characters are gone! What is this..

Edit: It seems like someone managed to enter my base and murder me..

I have no idea how this happend. My gates were closed and there were no gaps in my brickwall

Just so you know, if you resolve a problem and none else has posted yet, you should then proceed to remove the thread.

Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

I still don't know how he entered.. I saw nothing, went afk for 20 seconds and suddenly I was dead apparantly. I dont know if I somehow made a mistake, it's 6 am, I just woke up. If the person could atleast say how I'd appreciate it.

What do you mean how did he enter? He probably shot you over your walls.

Actually, I meant how did he get inside if he shot me from outside.

Do you mean to say that there are no gaps in your palisade? He might've palibashed you.
