Even if there is another game it's a diluted trademark. Only if it was willfully copying could a argument be made. If there were similar mechanics or assets those are protected under copyright. There is no legal case.

are you serious? "salem" is not protected intellectual property, it's the name of a famous location and there are a bunch of things named after it.

Yes, I'm serious. i am quite aware of Salem being an actual place and the name being used quite a lot, I however am not aware of anywhere it was used in s supernatural sense prior to Jorb's idea for the game, the show will also be dealing with a supernatural treatment of the place. hence my question.
