Game launching error

I can't seem to play Haven and hearth, every time I try to play there is an error message which says "unable to launch application" do I have to download something or is it a browser game?
I would gladly accept an explanation.

you need java
if its a safetey error then g into javas security settings n change it to medium

You need to install Java

after you did and oracle page confirms it's working, you'd go here

and do what's suggested in the first post and given url

then you push the play button and choose "Open with Java Web Start Launcher"
you'll see a security warning, check as in this image
