Bypassing T-Mobile's Mobile Broadband Limit to Play haven&h

Postby Comodo » Sat Apr 05, 2014 6:46 pm

I'm on a t-mobile mobile broadband 2gb plan with a fair use policy, that won't let me play haven after I go over 2gb, normal browsing and some MMOs work, and some streaming sites work but Haven doesn't.

Any ideas on how to bypass dis shit so I can play haven&hearth?

I'm on mobile broadband (3G/UMTS - o2Tchibo) aswell - after my volume (5GB) is used up i have GPRS Speed which allows me still "slow play" with Ender

slow play - boating not recommended ;)

AFAIK T-Online reduces to GPRS Speed aswell - guess you might change client when volume is down or have a talk with T-Online Hotline (ask to talk to a technican )

Default client is working for me. Does anyone have a way to bypass the login screen cause that seems to be causing the problem.

Default works, seems that T-Mobile is blocking the login request.
I get a connection reset error when I try to login after my authentication token expires or I use a custom client.

When I go over my data limit I can still play, slowly.
It usually takes a few tries to log on, and when changing worlds (going in/out of a house) it can take up to three minutes for objects to load.
During that time however I can move around and interact with the objects already loaded.
It just happens that the crossroad I use most, is ALWAYS the last object to load
When I'm out of data I never go outside the walls on a character I mind losing, since on the odd occasion a tree or a rock or even a person doesn't get loaded until I've walked past or into them.

What about
Code: Select all
-Dhaven.authuser="Accountname" -Dhaven.authck="authcode"
in run.bat ?

the actual auth code you get when clicking the Play Button and open with an editor
