How can I get back into the game?

Do I recently just died with a shit ton of stuff and when I say shit ton I mean a shit ton well for me at least... Me and my friend were inside our palisade and I was like "I'm gonna build a cart..." So I went outside the Pali and as soon as I did 3 guys ganged up on me and killed me. I spawned back into the game and there is no sign if my friend made it out alive as I do not have his HS or his username... I want to play this game but it is gonna take months to recover and well my heart hurts from my death... I just don't know how they found us... Anyways... How can I get back into the game?

It happens to everyone, all you can do is get back up and give it another shot. Maybe joining a village would make it easier for you.

It's just hard because everyone is so far ahead of you already. When I died I stood no chance... I got taken down with 1 punch to the face
