Any Maple Story Europe players around?

Hey guys and gals, any Maplestory players around?

I'm looking for a team to try and play MapleStory together from scratch. Due to regional limitations, I would be only available to play on the European server. Any takers?

I tried to play it recently but I got an error message which didn't let me open the game client, tried all kinds of things and looked online, basically Nexon just fucked over a good portion of their players (some who even paid) out of the ability to play their game. It's a known issue and they still haven't fixed it

What do you mean? When did it occur? I've played Maplestory back on my old WinXP machine and it worked, and it also worked on my newest machine

I forget the specific error message now, but when you run the client it would go through hackguard etc etc and then an error message basically saying "shit fucked up" comes up and the client doesn't open

Europe maplestory banned half of the world from playing the game due to some license issues as they say (yes USA too and even european countries like Ukraine\Russia\Belarus). Same with other servers. in order to play on europe just use proxy to some european country like France or Germany and it will work. It looks like only members of EU is not banned.

Same happened to GMS, where European access has mostly been restricted there. I have no idea about KoreanMS, but they might be open to the entire world.
