Hardworking fellow looking for established organization

I am full nature, recently killed by delamores goons also hardworking. I am not a noob.

What I am looking for: well organized group, with access to high end or willing to work to get high end equipement, good leadership that can and will delegate jobs. Friendly relations with the goons are a must since I'd rather not die again for nothing.

My stats are almost non existent due to my recent death but will improve fast.

Why did I get kileld? Goon raid. Why the goon raided? Because my leader was too stuborn to let them convince themselves we were no threat. Why change village? Because I see little chance the leader will reconcile with the goons. Note that the goons don't care about me so I will not be bringing stigma to your village they can confirm.

preying on passerby? Innsmouth, while of servants to the deep ones, have largely been peaceful in this game. I've killed one noob's alt who stole from people that traded with me. They were not protected. Other than that, we've been completely peaceful.
