Trade

Postby Dwarfu » Fri Jun 12, 2009 5:12 am

I know there are communities trading loads of goods (or at least they have they excess, whether or not they are trading).

Just a quick note showing what I have for trade from my little farmstead. I'm trying to just do the tasks I enjoy, so my offer list may be small, but hopefully it contains at least something someone wants (the leather goods are just extras, they aren't a steady item.

If you see something you want and have something I want, please PM me.

The list will always be available from my sig line in any post I've made.

I'd like to put out my own list of goods. I hope this thread is the right place.

Currently, I'm trading for
  • Steel
  • Soldier's Swords
  • Metal Armor

I'd pay in
  • Bear Products
  • Other hunted animal products
  • Quivers of arrows
  • Bear Talismans
  • First aid
  • Mercenary services
  • More Bear Products

This is a rare chance for less developed settlements! Our settlement was just robbed of our metals, but we still can hunt, so it's a good idea to trade now! PM me.

Maybe make a global trade list?

I would be happy to trade with someone, except for the only thing of value I have is 594 Cast Iron coins.

Vattic bought up most of the raisin cakes, so I'll have to make more - but my production system is set up pretty well, so it shouldn't be a problem to get another batch made right quick.

I can deliver, we can meet in the middle, you can stop by - it could certainly be figured in the price whichever way it goes.

How much? Certainly negotiable - especially if I knew what you offered for them. And just so everyone knows, just because I list full baskets as inventory doesn't mean you have to buy the whole thing - if you only want a few and only have a few items to trade, its fine we can work something out.

Let me know what you have to trade and we can whittle it down so that we are both happy. PM me.

Edit: My farmstead is in the first ring near RoB, in the east - you can see it on the maps published recently - it looks like it has a square wall built around it.

That is certainly doable. Coins really haven't had a chance to value themselves other than trying to base it on the underlying metal. So only by trading can we work out what they are really 'worth.'
