South Sea Settlement

I have a few things built and stored in baskets at what can very generously be called my settlement at the very south end of the ocean. I am now moving out to go into Mordor, so I wanted to let anyone who happens to pass by know that they can use any resources they might find there for themselves- just please leave the boulder available for others and don't cut down the trees without planting more.
