A wiki built on purely speculative information isn't a valuable database unfortunately. We'll need access to the game before there's any point in making or editing wikis with information on Hafen. The most that you can accurately provide is the announced launch date for the alpha.

At a glance some of the information you're providing is entirely guess work. I can't find reference to it by any of the devs or footage indicating it in any of the videos. Maybe there are IRC chats that I haven't seen but otherwise this isn't reliable whether you're right or wrong. =(

I'm a master at investigating stuff. No, but what information are you talking about? Can you give me an example, because as far as I know, all of the information I put here isn't speculation (other than the places where I mentionned it was).

I'm not familiar with wikis and wikias, so this is more like something to keep myself busy I guess
