Break the hearthfire. It's that simple.

Even that's unnecessary. Set your speed to Run or Sprint and just move around a bit and you'll escape it. Same trick works no matter what solid object you're stuck in. Of course it goes quicker if you use sprint but even run will work eventually.

I suggest not to put HF in front of door. That means if somone raids you, your character cannot spawn back to HF and you might get lost with it.
